- SWSarah WiddowsonApr 26, 20261.0Disgustingly rude member of staff! Customer service certainly shouldn’t be her first choice! We went in to purchase some fish, was greeted by a very miserable woman. We started to choose the fish we wanted she then wondered off. After speaking to another member of staff she said “I can’t sell you all these your putting too many in at once” and said she could sell us just a few. By this stage, after her rudeness in how we was spoken to, we decided we didn’t want to purchase from that store so we went to our local store. We asked for the fish the women at drakehouse said we could buy. The man wondered off to the back after asking out name and address never came back out and we was greeted by the manager of chesterfield store, she told us we had been blocked from buying fish from their for 24 hours! WHAT we wanted the fish from drakehouse but didn’t want to be dealt with by a rude member of staff! Left been made to feel like a fish murderer or something 🤔 I’ve grown up around tropical fish, pets at home have stand need to question ANYONE on fish care with all the fish rammed into tiny tanks. Don’t waste your time! Go to a proper aquatics!
